Editor (General)

As an Editor, you will help shape manuscripts to their full potential, with AI tools supporting the editorial process. We seek someone with exceptional taste in writing—someone who reads widely and critically across genres. You'll provide clear, actionable feedback to improve clarity, structure, and engagement in fiction, nonfiction, and more.

Qualifications:

• Exceptional taste in writing, demonstrated by a wide-ranging reading background.
• Minimum 1 year of editing experience with a diverse portfolio.
• Ability to provide constructive, detail-oriented feedback.
• Comfortable working across multiple genres. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Bachelor’s degree in English, Journalism, Communications, or equivalent experience.
• A demonstrable interest in AI and its applications, with the ability to quickly learn and adapt to new technologies

Hindi Editor

As a Hindi Editor, you'll be responsible for ensuring the accuracy, clarity, and stylistic brilliance of Hindi manuscripts across diverse genres. This involves collaborating closely with authors to refine their work, always striving to preserve their unique voice while upholding the highest editorial standards. You'll also utilise AI-powered editing tools to streamline your workflow and identify opportunities for improving clarity, style, and consistency within each manuscript.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Hindi Literature, Journalism, Mass Communication, or a related field.
• Minimum 1 year of experience as a Hindi editor, preferably with a portfolio showcasing your expertise.
• Native-like fluency in Hindi with an exceptional grasp of grammar and stylistic nuances.
• Strong understanding of editing principles and best practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration.
• A demonstrable interest in AI and its applications, with the ability to quickly learn and adapt to new technologies

Academic Editor

As an Academic Editor, you'll guide scholarly manuscripts to meet high standards of academic rigour and clarity. We’re looking for someone with strong knowledge of academic writing conventions and an eye for detail. You’ll provide precise feedback across disciplines, ensuring manuscripts are clear, well-structured, and compelling.

Qualifications:

• Strong knowledge of academic writing conventions across multiple fields
• Minimum 1 year of experience editing academic papers, dissertations, or theses
• Familiarity with referencing styles (APA, MLA, Chicago, etc.)
• Ability to identify weaknesses in complex arguments and ensure clarity
• Excellent communication skills for constructive feedback
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant academic discipline or equivalent experience
• A demonstrable interest in AI and its applications, with the ability to quickly learn and adapt to new technologies
